In this session we will cover:
- We will do the math with you: We will evaluate profitability of phone, forms and email leads. This includes a tool provided in the session for doing your own analysis on which lead sources recapture investment and produce a profit.
- Five minute response time is real: This includes methods for agents to respond personally even when they are tied up with a customer with a goal for leads distributed and responded to in 5 minutes or less.
- Relationships rule: We will demo tools to help agents field a response and keep track of the conversation, including the critical next steps that can be set through mobile.
- Consolidating leads and tracking results: We will walk through the best ways to get all your leads in one place for better control, how things are going between prospects and agents and which prospects are getting closer to moving.
